Cauli Rice is the world’s first long-life, easy-cook cauliflower rice – a low carb, sensible mealtime alternative to rice, potatoes or pasta.
A pack of Cauli Rice is a natural source of vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre without the calorific consequences or blood sugar spikes associated with the consumption of starchy carbohydrates, particularly important for diabetes. In 2012, two such low-carb dieters, Gem and her co-founder Jamie began exploring the idea of creating a ready-made version of cauliflower rice – founded on their heartfelt wish to empower people to live healthier lives. They developed the product for 3 years and went through three rounds of crowdfunding, to launch Cauli Rice in September 2015. A serial entrepreneur in foods, Gem realised that as a food entrepreneur, she needs to develop a product that was pioneering and first to market.
Cauli Rice provides dieters and people living with restrictive food choices a healthy and fast alternative to unhealthy carbs.
